FROM Pastor Kristin

Welcome to East Cobb UMC. Our community of faith represents a mosaic of God's family here in East Cobb, seeking to embrace all people with love and grace. Whether it’s in Sunday morning worship or the variety of activities available throughout the week, we come together, each with our own stories and life experiences, seeking to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community and in the world.

As you get to know East Cobb UMC and its people, we invite you to be a part of our mission: GATHERING to embrace God and all people, GROWING in faith, love and joy, and GOING into the world to serve and share Jesus. I look forward to hearing your story and joining with you on this great journey of faith.

When
we worship

At ECUMC, worship is the center of our life together. It's where we learn, where we grow, and where we become the body of Christ. Our primary worship services are on Sundays. All services take place in ECUMC's Sanctuary, and people of all ages, life stages, and experiences are invited and welcomed.

What
To Expect

ECUMC is a community church that embraces all kinds of people. When you visit our church, you can expect a warm welcome and a place of belonging. Greeters can help to familiarize you to our facility and ushers will make sure that you're comfortable in worship. Whether you come to experience worship or as part of a small group or event, you can expect to feel the love of God in this faith community.

What
We Believe

ECUMC is a congregation of the United Methodist Church, a world-wide church that strives to make disciples of Christ for the transformation of the world. You can find out more on the church's beliefs in the what we believe section of umc.org.

How
To Get Involved

There is a place for all people at ECUMC. In addition to small groups for children, youth, and adults, we also offer intergenerational fellowship on Wednesday nights, ways to get involved in worship, and ministries of care and service where you can put God's love into action.
