– September 20, 2026

The Bible is filled with stories of God‘s direct engagement with God‘s people, from the creation story to the burning bush to Jesus as God with us on earth. We celebrate those moments when God makes God‘s presence known in powerful and transformative ways. But what about when we struggle to see God? What about those moments when it feels like we are alone, asking for a bigger sign from God? Over the next few weeks, we will explore the biblical story of Ruth and wonder together about God‘s role and presence in our day to day lives, the joys and the challenges. Together we will follow Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz as God makes a way even when those involved struggle to see or understand. God is always at work!
